Ghanaian presenter Omanhene Kwabena Asante has courted attention online after his disagreement with Appiah Stadium on live radio.

Their chaotic encounter occurred during the September 12 episode of Adom FM’s morning show.

Omanhene Kwabena Asante, the host of the programme, was interviewing Kofi Akpaloo, the leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), about his recent arrest by EOCO.

The politician alleged that Appiah Stadium knew about his woes and threatened that the security agency was going to pick him up days before his arrest.

The journalist roped in Appiah Stadium into the conversation. He welcomed Appiah Stadium and asked for his reaction to Kofi Akpaloo’s claim.

The political commentator, in his attempt to answer the journalist’s question, commented on his demeanour, saying

“Why is my brother, Omanhene Kwabena Asante, acting calm today?”

The journalist charged Appiah Stadium to directly address the issue on the table.

Their interaction got chaotic, forcing the journalist to forcefully hang up the line and take Appiah Stadium off the show.

Appih Stadium’s conduct, deemed rude by Omanhene Kwabena Asante, has divided pionions among the morning show’s listeners.

While some fans support the journalist, others believe he could’ve kept his composure and accommodated Appiah Stadium’s hot-headed approach.

Appiah Stadium jabs Sammy Gyamfi

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Appiah Stadium jabbed Sammy Gyamfi, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), during the recently held Mining and Minerals Convention.

Appiah Stadium displayed his typical boisterous and light-hearted nature as he sang Gyamfi’s praises.
