A very good friend of Alhaji Limuna Mohammed Muniru, a victim of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF), has shared their last conversation with the public.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the man who stated that he had been friends with Alhaji Muniri for thirty years, opened up about how a planned meeting with Alhaji could not come off due to other engagements.

He noted that on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, he had scheduled a meeting with Alhaji Muniru and was on his way to the office.
However, the meeting could not take place because he arrived late, and Alhaji Muniru had other engagements.
“I had gone to see him in his office while he was settling in. He gave me a time of 8:30 am. I hadn’t reached there, I called him and he said Imam, if you delay, you might not come and meet me.
Unfortunately, he could not make it on time, missing his meeting with the late Acting Deputy National Security Coordinator.
“Indeed, I delayed, and by the time I called him, he told me, ‘Imam, you won’t see me again, I have gone into a meeting. So he asked his PA to give me an envelope containing money. The next day, the heard about his death. Now, upon reflection, I understand what his ‘you won’t see me again,’ meant,” he said.
