Amaarae fans in Toronto and DC will have to wait a little longer to see the singer live, as her 2025 BlackStar Experience Tour has been put on hold.
The “Sad Girlz Luv Money” hitmaker took to Instagram to share the disappointing news, citing a family loss as the reason for the cancellations.

“To my babies in Toronto & DC: We have unfortunately had to pull the TOR & DC shows due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding a family loss,” she wrote, apologizing to fans and promising to make it up during next year’s tour.
The four-city, four-night tour had already kicked off in New York, but the Washington DC and Toronto shows have now been canceled, leaving fans disappointed and anticipating her return next year.
Meanwhile fans and colleagues have flooded her comment section with there condolences.
