Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has opened up about her spiritual transformation, revealing seven things the Holy Spirit has healed her from, including anger, pain, and sexual immorality.
In a heartfelt post shared on Instagram, the actress reflected on how her faith journey has reshaped her life. “Jesus healed me from a rage that once ruled my life,” she wrote, explaining that her anger once destroyed relationships and robbed her of peace. She added that she has now learned that “peace is stronger than rage, and silence can carry more authority than shouting ever could.”

Tonto also shared that she once lived with deep pain, depression, and even attempted suicide, but found hope and healing through God’s grace. “Hurt people truly do hurt people, and I was both the wound and the weapon… but God said, ‘Child, get up,’ and I did,” she recalled.
The actress further revealed that she has embraced celibacy, describing it as one of the most powerful experiences of her life. She noted that her renewed relationship with God has brought her restoration, favor, and peace. “My peace is now sacred. If it does not feed my spirit, it does not deserve my energy,” she shared.
