How Semenyo dominated Mohammed Kudus and Tottenham

The 25-year-old was relentless on the left flank, tormenting defenders with his pace, power and direct play.

Not even his compatriot Mohammed Kudus, who has been one of Spurs’ most exciting players this season, could stop him as Bournemouth sealed all three points, thanks to Evanilson, per Sky Sports.

The numbers told part of the story. According to Sofascore, Semenyo registered 48 touches, delivered two key passes, completed four dribbles, and won nine duels overall.

Pedro Porro struggled to cope with him all afternoon, as Semenyo continuously drove at the right side of Tottenham’s defence.

The game also brought a direct Ghanaian showdown. At one point, Semenyo muscled Kudus off the ball on the touchline, recycling possession to spark another attack. It was a moment that summed up his dominance.
