Veteran Kumawood actor and TV personality Akwasi Boadi, popularly known as Akrobeto, has sympathised with the family of Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka following his demise.

The renowned Ghanaian inventor and religious leader passed away at the age of 113 on Thursday, September 14, 2025. His daughter, Sarah Adwoa Safo, announced the news of his demise to the public in a statement.

Following his demise, Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka’s family have received condolence messages from numerous high-profile personalities.

Former president Nana Akufo-Addo, Osebo the Zaraman, Nana Kwame Bediako, Akrobeto, Bola Ray, Diana Asamoah and many others have all visited the residence of the late Kristo Asafo Mission founder, to mourn him and commiserate with his family.

Akrobeto sympathises with Adwoa Safo

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, Akrobeto visited the residence of the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka in Accra to check up on the grieving family.

In a TikTok video seen by YEN.com.gh, the veteran Kumawood actor was spotted exchanging pleasantries with an individual seated beside Osebo the Zaraman as he arrived at the residence.

Akrobeto shook hands with some relatives of the late Kristo Asafo Mission founder before his subsequent interaction with Sarah Adwoa Safo.

In the video, the Kumawood actor leaned closer to the former Dome-Kwabenya constituency MP and offered words of comfort to her as she grieved the loss of her father, Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka.
