US-based Ghanaian musician and social media personality Archipalago has reopened his feud with Delay and his ex-girlfriend Afrah after sharing WhatsApp conversations with the producer of The Delay Show, Baffour.

Archipalago shares WhatsApp chats with Delay’s producer
According to Archipalago, he was contacted by Delay’s team in 2024 for an interview, but he turned down the invitation.
In a post on Instagram, he explained the reason behind his decision, stating that he valued and cherished the relationship he had with his ex-girlfriend, Afrah, at the time.
“Last year, The #Host contacted me for an interview with #Abaayaa no, but I ignored her and her producer cos I valued and cherished the relationship I had with #Abaayaa no at the time!”
The US-based Ghanaian musician explained that he did not want to accept Delay’s invitation to appear on her show because he did not want to be asked what he termed as “unnecessary” and “dumb” questions.
He further stated that Delay also wanted him to appear on her show even after his breakup with Afrah.
“I didn’t go cos I wouldn’t allow a ‘whole me’ to be sitting down for her to be asking me unnecessary and dumb questions about my relationship! She wanted me to come after the break up, but I turned it down again! I’m not Cheap! I’m a big fish!”
Archipalago, who deliberately referred to Afrah as “Abaayaa” in the post to avoid mentioning her name directly, said he found it disrespectful that Delay still went ahead to host Afrah on her show after their breakup.
The basis of Archipalago’s anger stems from Afrah’s interview on The Delay Show aired on Saturday, August 23, 2025, on YouTube, where she opened up about their past relationship. Following that appearance, Archipalago has repeatedly taken to social media to call Afrah “ungrateful” and accuse Delay of fueling unnecessary drama for views.

Afrah speaks about her 3-week marriage
YEN.com.gh reported that Ghanaian socialite Afrah opened up about a life-changing decision she made shortly after getting married abroad.
In a candid interview on The Delay Show, Afrah shared that she left her white husband in the United Kingdom just three weeks after their marriage and returned to Ghana. According to her, the decision was influenced by promises made to her by a Ghanaian lover back home.
Afrah explained that despite her marriage abroad, she felt drawn back to Ghana because of the assurances and commitment her Ghanaian partner gave her.
