In the heartfelt video, the lady, identified as Nana Yaa, came out with a public appeal for help in finding her long-lost father, who was sadly deported from the UK while she was a child.
According to her, her father, whose real name, she said, is Mr Edward Boateng, was working as a taxi driver in Bristol, UK, back in the 1980s. She disclosed that he was deported to Ghana in July 1987 after being held at the Wandsworth detention centre.
She alleged that the deportation exercise followed a police stop for speeding, where, unfortunately, issues with his immigration papers were discovered. She said he was deported while she was little and could not meet with him before he was sent back to Ghana.
In her words:
“I’ve never met my dad before. He was deported, unfortunately, in July 1987 from a detention centre called Wandsworth. Um, I would be very grateful if you could help me find my dad.”

“I’m thinking she can sue the UK immigration too. I’m very sure. Cuz why not allow the man to serve jail because of the kid? This can’t happen in 2025.”
@hunterfxp2 commented:
“I don’t understand this. He was deported in the 80s, and it’s been more than 30 years, and they gave birth to the lady while he was in the UK. The lady doesn’t look 30+, so I don’t understand how he is the father. 💀”
