The defender tumbled to the turf while the Ghanaian coolly carried on, drawing gasps from fans and plenty of praise online.

Partey faces hostile reception as legal battles continue
For all the admiration online, the atmosphere inside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium told a different story.
Every time Partey touched the ball, boos rang out across the stands. At one point, the home fans belted a chant aimed directly at him: “Thomas Partey, we know what you are.”

The 32-year-old has been in the headlines for reasons beyond football. He faces five counts of forced coupling involving two women and an additional charge of sexual assault against a third.
According to The Sun, the alleged incidents are said to have taken place between 2021 and 2022 during his time at Arsenal.
He denies the accusations and was granted conditional bail in August before signing for Villarreal two days later, per the BBC.
Partey is due back in court at Southwark Crown Court on September 17 for a plea hearing.
While he continues to fight his case, his Champions League debut showed he still has the ability to deliver moments of brilliance on the pitch.
