Ghanaian chef Abena Amoakoa Sintim-Aboagye, popularly called Chef Abbys has shared her plans to feed 15,0000 people.
Chef Abbys announced that she planned this project specially to celebrate the 2025 World Food Day.

Chef Abbys to feed 15,000 people in Accra
The award-winning female chef broke the news on social media ahead of World Food Day, 16th October 2025.
The food blogger explained that the Big Street Feast would serve people in different parts of Accra, making food accessible to everyone, wherever they are.

Chef Abbys posted a video on Instagram with this caption:
“Food is love, and love should be for everyone. This World Food Day, October 16th, I’m bringing that love to the streets of Accra with The Big Street Feast.”
“As an African food tourist, my dream has always been to use food to connect people and with food trucks and stands across the city, we’ll share over 15,000 meals so that no matter where you are, you can feel the joy of being fed.”
“This is more than food. This is my heart. 💛 We’re calling on brands, restaurants, creators, and believers in compassion to join The Big Street Feast movement, so together we can turn World Food Day into a celebration of dignity, culture, and community here in Ghana 🇬🇭.”

Chef Abbys gets a new appointment
Chef Abbys, has shared details about her new partnership with the Diaspora Affairs Department, a department domiciled within the Office of the President.

The brand influencer who has worked with many local and international food and technology brands shared the news on Instagram.
In an Instagram post, Chef Abby exchanged pleasantries with Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD), the Presidential Adviser on Diaspora Affairs, after their private meeting.
Chef Abbys stated that this partnership would promote different Ghanaian delicacies and cuisines to the world.
She shared the post on Instagram with his caption:
“I’m incredibly proud to announce my official endorsement and partnership with the Office of the President, Diaspora Affairs, in all diaspora culinary initiatives.”
