Highlife great Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, died under tragic circumstances on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
According to reports, he fell ill at his home in East Legon in the early hours of the day.
His wife transported him from his home to the Bank Hospital in Cantonments.
Shortly after arrival at the hospital, Daddy Lumba passed away, sparking nationwide mourning.
Delay weeps at Lumba’s home
Following the singer’s death, prominent Ghanaians have been trooping to his home to express their condolences to his family, specifically his widow, Priscilla Ofori Atta Fosu.
