The late musician, born Charles Kwadwo Fosu, died on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
He passed away at the Bank Hospital in Cantonments, where he was sent after falling ill at his home in East Legon.
Lumba’s death sparked a period of nationwide mourning, as many prominent personalities visited his home to mourn with his family.
His first wife, Akosua Serwaa, flew into Ghana from Germany with her kids to mourn.
Akosua Serwaa has since flown back to Germany to help with preparations for the singer’s funeral.

In a video seen by YEN.com.gh, Akosua Serwaa was spotted in the high-end luxury boutique owned by entrepreneur Amanda Agyapong.
Despite being decked in mourning clothes, she flashed a smile as she moved through Mandy’s Outlet shop.
The video of her happy moments warmed hearts online, as Ghanaians expressed joy to see her smiling.
