Dreams F.C. head coach Winfred Dormon has called for patience and support, following a run of unimpressive results.

Dormon has lost all three league matches since he was made the substantive head coach in July.

The latest was a 2-1 defeat away to Young Apostles on Monday.

Reflecting on the performance, Dormon said that, ‘‘it is very difficult to explain. But I think in the first half, the team was off. The team switched off and we did not defend very well, we also did not attack very well especially in transitions.’’

Dreams suffered a 1-0 loss to Heart of Lions in Kpando, on the opening weekend of the season.

The defeat was followed by another, this time, a 1-0 loss at home to Accra Hearts of Oak.

Yet, Dormon retains an unmistakable sense of optimism in the teams ability to turn the corner.

‘‘This team has a big potential and everyone who came to watch Dreams F.C commended us. The team really played well it is just that the results are not coming. But I believe that if we keep believing, if we keep pushing these players, the results will come. It is just a matter of time.’’

Dreams, are 17th on the 18-team leage but could move up with a win when they face Vision F.C. at home on Sunday in their next league game.
