Ghana’s TMSKDJ signs to Idris Elba’s Sound International Label; New Single Slated for October Release

Accra, Ghana — Internationally recognized Ghanaian DJ and producer TMSKDJ has officially joined the roster of Sound International, the record label founded by globally acclaimed actor, DJ, and musician Idris Elba.

The label is home to groundbreaking artists such as Coco and Breezy and Yung Omz, and now welcomes TMSKDJ as she continues to push the boundaries of African electronic and dance music.

TMSKDJ’s debut single on Sound International is scheduled for release in October 2025, marking a significant milestone in her journey as a pioneer of Ghana’s electronic and alternative dance scene.

Sound International is a record label inspired by the eclectic spirit of Idris’ uncle’s 1980s London Sound System, which shared the same name. On 27th September 2025, her flagship platform Open House Accra will host British-Ghanaian DJ and producer Hagan at South Village. This edition promises to be a celebration of cross-cultural exchange and a testament to TMSKDJ’s vision of creating space for overlooked and emerging voices in Accra’s nightlife.
