For the first time in Ghana and West Africa, the internationally recognised DynamicsCon Regional Meetup was held on Saturday, 19 July 2025, at the Fiesta Royale Hotel in Accra.
The event marked a significant milestone in the region’s technology landscape, drawing Microsoft Dynamics 365 users, Power Platform enthusiasts, Microsoft partners, ISVs, professionals, consultants, and learners from across the continent.
The event recorded over 285 participants, exceeding the estimated attendance target. This was truly outstanding!
Pan-African and Global Participation
The gathering served as a unique platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and community engagement, with attendees travelling from countries such as Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, the USA, and beyond.
The event highlighted the growing influence and adoption of Microsoft’s business applications across Africa, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
Organised by DUG Ghana
The regional conference was organized by DUG in collaboration with the local DUG Ghana team, led by Mr Frederick Anaafi, a respected Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
His leadership and dedication were instrumental in bringing the event to fruition. Under his guidance, the event was successfully executed, offering a rich line-up of sessions that catered to both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the Microsoft technology space.

Participants engaged in in-depth discussions, expert-led presentations, and practical learning sessions focused on digital transformation, business process automation, and innovations within the Microsoft platform.
The event also fostered meaningful networking opportunities and cross-border collaboration, underscoring the importance of community-driven learning in the tech industry.
