Controversial televangelist Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, appeared at the Accra High Court on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
She was transported from the Nsawam Prison, where she is serving a 15-year jail term, to the court to face off with Prophet Appiah Biblical.
The televangelist and two others have been accused of breaching the Cybersecurity Act after they allegedly shared explicit images of the prophet on Thunder TV (now Today TV), which is owned by the former priestess.”

Journalist speaks on Nana Agradaa’s court appearance
In a TikTok video seen by YEN.com.gh, Adom FM journalist Mike 2, who was in the courtroom for Agradaa’s case, explained how prison officers managed to conceal her from the public.
Mike 2 said the Accra High Court has several rear entrances and exits where the public lacks access.

He claimed that, as the building has cells where prisoners can be kept, Agradaa was brought to the court earlier than expected and held in those cells.

Agradaa seeks plea bargain in Biblical case

The televangelist and two other individuals have been accused of allegedly sharing the explicit images of the pastor in public.
