Speaking to a group of bloggers, Salinko bemoaned the trend of unsanitised reportage and commentary on Ghanaian politics and current affairs.
Salinko referenced Kevin Taylor and Twene Jonas, known for their controversial stance on political issues.
He noted that the practice championed by Kevin Taylor and Twene Jonas, which is fast becoming attractive to many young people, was dangerous and could rob Ghana of the peace citizens enjoy.
“It’s very dangerous. Something terrible could befall the country. Kevin Taylor and Twene Jonas may be outside, but they should know that they have families here. If something happens, they can’t fly all of them out,” Salinko said.

The host of the Loud Silence online show stuck to his signature Rambo-journalism style as he addressed Salinko.
Kevin Taylor tagged Saliko as ungrateful and recounted an encounter with the actor at the Ghana Export Promotion Authority, saying:
“For eight years under NPP, Salinko never got the opportunity to export his products. No one at GEPA even paid attention to him. I helped criticise the NPP people and sensitised Ghanaians to vote them out.”
Today, you’re able to get an audience at GEPA. If not for my insults, would you have gotten that chance? People like us helped change the government so that you can sell your products abroad,” Kevin Taylor added.
