Ghanaian-American comedian Michael Blackson has opened up about welcoming another child just weeks after the birth of his son with fiancée, Rada Darling, a revelation that he says has cost him their relationship.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Blackson shared that “two months after Rada gave birth to little Mikey, a female friend I’ve known for over five years also gave birth to my son, King Kweku Blackson.” He explained that while the arrival of his two boys has brought immense joy, it has also come with deep personal pain.

“My two boys have brought so much joy to my life but also caused me to lose my fiancée, Rada,” he wrote. The comedian went on to express regret for keeping the news private, admitting that even his older twin sons and mother were unaware until recently. “My apologies for waiting so long but I didn’t know how to do it,” he said.
Blackson, who welcomed Mikey on June 17 and Kweku on August 6, 2025, thanked God for blessing him with two healthy boys and apologized publicly to Rada.
