Ghanaian-American comedian Michael Blackson’s ex-fiancée, Rada Cheang, has responded to his recent public apology following his revelation that he fathered another child with another woman just two months after she gave birth.
In a statement shared on Instagram, Rada described Blackson’s apology as “pathetic,” adding that she refuses to engage in negativity. “I don’t normally respond, but let’s just agree that was the most pathetic post or apology ever. I’m walking in peace, guided by God’s grace.

My energy belongs to my 4-month-old son, not to negativity,” she wrote.

Rada expressed that while many found the situation embarrassing, her love once came from a place of deep understanding and compassion, saying, “When love runs that deep, you stop seeing the man and start seeing the boy who just wanted to be loved and that’s what breaks you.”

Reflecting on their relationship, Rada referred to it as a “circus,” admitting that she stayed too long despite knowing she wasn’t his type. “I take full accountability for staying in the circus too long. His type was never me because I’m a real woman,” she stated, concluding that her experience was a lesson in knowing when to walk away.
