Mohammed Kudus delivered a show-stopping performance as Tottenham Hotspur edged Arsenal in a keenly contested preseason clash in East Asia.

From the first whistle, Kudus looked dialled in. Arsenal’s young defender, Myles Lewis-Skelly, found himself completely outmatched.
Kudus danced past him on several occasions, combining brute strength with quick feet and clever touches. His pace troubled the Gunners all game long.
What made his outing even more impressive was the added layer of defensive commitment, an area where critics have often raised eyebrows.
But in Hong Kong, Kudus turned that narrative on its head, according to The Standard.
At one point, he raced back to halt a break led by Declan Rice. Not long after, he found himself deep in his own box, helping contain Gabriel Martinelli.

Kudus lasted just over an hour before being subbed off in the 63rd minute. His replacement, Brennan Johnson, couldn’t replicate the same spark. Still, the damage was already done.
Spurs had taken the lead through a thunderous strike by Pape Matar Sarr, and that goal proved enough to seal the win, as noted by Goal.
