Tottenham Hotspur’s marquee summer arrival, Mohammed Kudus, is still chasing a significant milestone in his Spurs career after three competitive matches.

Mohammed Kudus, the Black Stars forward who joined Tottenham Hotspur from West Ham in a £55 million move reported by the BBC, has been viewed as a major statement signing by the club, with Spurs awarding him a six-year deal.
Kudus, who was recently praised by Ghana legend Dan Owusu, made his competitive Tottenham debut in Spurs’ 3-0 Premier League victory against Burnley on August 16.
The former Ajax and West Ham man impressed with his sharp movement and good link-up play, providing two assists for Richarlison to score a brace.
Those assists remains his only direct goal contribution so far. He has played in matches without adding to his tally, the 2-2 Super Cup draw against Paris Saint-Germain and the 2-0 Premier League succes versus Manchester City on Saturday.
Nevertheless, the Ghanaian playmer bagged somewhat good ratings from some notable international outlets like The Guardian, Football.london, and GiveMeSport.

Kudus still waiting for first goal for Tottenham
The Nima-born forward is still searching for his first goal in a Tottenham Hotspur shirt. Despite the wait, Kudus has drawn admiration for his sharp movement, excellent ball control, and relentless work rate.
His knack for weaving past defenders and creating space has been pivotal in keeping Spurs’ attack fluid during pre-season.
Meanwhile, speaking exclusively with YEN.com.gh, Ghanaian sports journalist Anokye Kofi expressed confidence that Kudus will soon start scoring.
“I thought Kudus has settled in well at Spurs. His hold-up play was exceptional, and the way he protects the ball in tight situations is remarkable. His one-on-one skills and creativity in the final third were top quality.’ I think the goal will come at the right time as the season continues”
While he impressed without scoring or assisting at Etihad, Kudus earned a high praise from veteran Ghanaian journalist and administrator Charles Kwadwo Ntim.
His quick feet and smart positioning regularly stretched Luton’s defence, underscoring his role as a constant attacking threat even without a goal.
”I have no doubt that Kudus will make a huge impact in the Premier League season. He’s shown in pre-season that he has the skill, creativity, and mentality to trouble any defence. What excites me most is his hunger — you can see he wants to prove himself on the biggest stage. The Premier League is a tough competition, but players like Kudus thrive under pressure.”
