Nigerian singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, and actress-fashion influencer Temi Otedola have sealed their love with a spectacular wedding journey that spanned three countries in 2025.

The couple, who met in London back in 2017, began their new chapter with a civil ceremony in Monaco on May 9—a date chosen in honor of Eazi’s late mother’s birthday. Held at the Mairie de Monaco in Monte Carlo, the private occasion was both intimate and symbolic. Temi wore a custom Wiederhoeft suit paired with Briony Raymond jewelry, while Eazi opted for Louis Vuitton.

“We’ve been engaged for three years and together for eight, so we had this weirdly calm energy all day,” Temi shared. “It just made sense. Just the two of us, in Monaco, a place we partly call home, and no distractions, no fanfare.”

After exchanging vows, the newlyweds celebrated with champagne at Villa La Vigie, the former home of Karl Lagerfeld. Temi slipped into a polka-dot Christopher John Rogers dress as the couple toasted their union.

Two months later, the Otedola family home in Dubai became the setting for a lavish Yoruba wedding steeped in tradition. The bride stunned in an impressive bridal trousseau that included designs from Zac Posen, Miss Sohee, Lisa Folawiyo, and Oscar de la Renta. “I wanted to have some of my favorite designers and visionaries create traditional Nigerian attire, and I was blown away by their interpretations,” Temi told Vogue.

Mr Eazi, styled by Jason Rembert, made a dramatic entrance to the beat of drummers in a Lisa Folawiyo Studio outfit, while Temi followed in a custom Zac Posen gown and gele as Eazi’s hit Skintight played.

The event was deeply emotional for both families. “Sitting with my parents for what is symbolically the last time before they send me to my new family particularly hit home for me,” Temi recalled. When she addressed Eazi as “my oko”—meaning husband in Yoruba—the groom admitted he nearly shed tears.

The Dubai celebration blended culture and creativity, from over 2,000 lanterns and tropical greenery inside a grand tent to meals of pounded yam, snail, and egusi. The couple also honored Eazi’s late mother’s Igbo heritage with traditional outfits designed in akwa ocha fabric by Lisa Folawiyo and Mazelle. Music legends King Sunny Adé and DJ Eude kept the dance floor alive as guests celebrated until dawn.

By August, it was time for the grand finale: a white wedding in Iceland, a country the couple calls their “favorite place on earth.” The ceremony took place at Reykjavik’s Hallgrimskirkja church, where Temi walked down the aisle in an Audrey Hepburn–inspired Fendi Haute Couture gown, while Mr Eazi wore Saint Laurent.

“Everything needed to feel very darkly romantic and natural,” Temi explained of their arctic summer wedding. The reception at Kleif Farm was just as dramatic, featuring moss, volcanic stone, and waterfall-inspired décor. Guests dined family-style on dishes from the couple’s favorite Reykjavík restaurant, Oto. In a surprise twist, Eazi arranged for John Legend to perform live.

The celebrations continued with an underground after-party at The Edition nightclub, where the couple donned custom jackets embroidered with the words: Love Is Eazi. The final day closed with a beach party at Hvammsvik hot springs, where friends and family soaked in geothermal pools and danced under the Northern Lights.

Reflecting on their multi-wedding summer, Temi described it as a true representation of their bond. “Eazi and I have always been unconventional,” she said. “All throughout we honored our rich culture but made sure everything felt like us.”
