Ghanaian child poet Nakeeyat Dramani Sam has taken a firm stand against paedophiles and online predators targeting children on social media.
In an Instagram video, the 13-year-old warned adults with inappropriate intentions to “stay away from children’s comment sections” stressing that such actions amount to a crime.

“We are children and we are staying that way. So please keep your distance when it comes to your dirty minds and we, the innocent children,” she stated.
Nakeeyat further cautioned predators not to prey on young girls creating content online, declaring that such behavior “will not be tolerated anywhere in the world.” She encouraged her peers to continue expressing themselves fearlessly while vowing that she and others will speak up against harassment on social media.
