Prominent Ghanaian business mogul and politician Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as Cheddar, has courted attention after his recent trip to Dambai, the capital of the Oti Region.

During his visit to the town, the New Force Movement leader and his entourage, including his beautiful wife, Ruby Bediako, stopped by a local school occupied by little children learning under difficult circumstances.
Nana Kwame Bediako was moved to tears as he entered one classroom and saw the poor conditions of the school building, which had a dilapidated structure.
The New Force Movement leader also met with the headteacher and his staff, who carried out their duties under a small straw structure in the middle of the school. He engaged in a friendly conversation with them to find out more about the challenges the school faced.

Nana Kwame Bediako also visited several classrooms, where he donated learning materials and offered words of encouragement to the various students.
The business mogul criticised Ghanaian politicians for neglecting the citizens and their concerns and expressed optimism about leading a positive change in future and addressing various issues with his political movement.
Nana Kwame Bediako also pledged support to help rehabilitate the school and improve the quality of education for the students and teachers.

Nana Kwame Bediako visits Omane Boamah’s family
Nana Kwame Bediako’s sighting at the Dambai school comes weeks after he visited the residence of Defence Minister Dr Edward Omane Boamah to mourn with his family after his demise on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

During his arrival at the residence, the New Force party leader encountered the Minister for Health in Ghana, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh and several others present at the deceased’s home.
Nana Kwame Bediako joined many to exchange pleasantries with Dr Edward Omane Boamah’s family, including his mother and his grieving wife, Rita, as they gathered on their compound to welcome him.
As he shook hands with the mother of the late Defence minister, the founder and chairman of the Kwarleyz Group gifted her a bouquet of roses as a gesture to commiserate with her and the grieving family for their tragic loss.
Nana Kwame Bediako also spoke in the presence of Dr Edward Omane Boamah’s family to commiserate with them and offer support during his visit.

Nana Kwame Bediako’s son donates items
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Nana Kwame Bediako’s son donated items to some school children after he graduated from the Ghana International School (GIS).
In a video, Lincoln Bediako presented learning materials, food items and toiletries to the graduating students at the Roman Ridge School on behalf of his father and their family’s foundation.
Nana Kwame Bediako’s son received massive plaudits from many people at the school for his generous donations.
