
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced that a four-member delegation, led by the party’s General Secretary, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, will attend the 2025 Labour Conference in the United Kingdom.
In a statement issued on Thursday, September 25, the party named the members of the delegation as Deputy General Secretary, Barbara Serwaah Asamoah, National Deputy Communications Officer, Mr Godwin Ako Gunn, and Deputy Director of International Relations, Dr Karl Arhin.
The delegation will leave Accra on Friday, September 26, and is expected to return on Friday, October 3.
According to the statement, in the absence of the General Secretary, Deputy General Secretary (Operations), Mr Mustapha Gbande, will take charge of the day-to-day administration of the party.
The NDC stated that it is committed to strengthening its ties with international partners.
“The NDC remains committed to strengthening international partnerships and solidarity with progressive parties across the globe in advancing shared ideals of social justice, equality, and inclusive development,” the statement said.
