VFS Global has expanded visa processing capabilities at its Accra facility, operational since July 2024.
Located at The Grand Oyeeman in South Liberation Link, the centre now serves applicants for 15 countries, including Australia, the UK, and multiple European nations.
The facility features enhanced security, ample parking, and streamlined processing managed by trained staff.
According to the company’s announcement, the centre addresses rising demand for outbound travel from Ghana. Premium Lounges for Italy, Schengen, and UK applications offer personalised services.
Remote options include Visa At Your Doorstep (for Denmark, South Africa, Switzerland) and On-Demand Mobile Visa (UK). Value-added services like after-hours submissions and passport retention during UK visa processing are also available.
Alok Singhal, Head of Sub-Saharan Africa at VFS Global, stated the facility reflects their commitment to “excellence in service standards.”
The company has operated in Ghana since 2005, currently managing 23 application centres nationwide with 106 employees. Globally, VFS Global processes visa and consular services for 69 governments across 165 countries.
