In 2018, President Mahama’s first-term Vice, Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur, died after falling ill.

Nigerian prophet warns Opoku Agyemang

In a video seen by YEN.com.gh, the prophet claimed that the 73-year-old Vice President faced impending doom and needed to see powerful Ghanaian pastor, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, for salvation.

“The Vice President of Ghana should visit Archbishop Duncan Williams. I am too small to explain why, I am only following instructions that the Vice President of Ghana should visit the man of God. There is a spell on her head to die in power,” he said.

The prophet added that Professor Opoku Agyemang should heed his warning because it would be his last.

Journalist reacts to Veep’s doom prophecy

In an interview with YEN.com.gh, Ghanaian journalist Stella Annan said while she respected the prophet, he could have done better by privately informing those involved.

“For me, though I am glad he has given a direction on how to avert the prophecy, he could have done better by privately telling the Archbishop to call the Vice President and tell her about the prophecy and then pray for her. I believe going public with such information puts Professor Opoku Agyemang’s family on edge, as well as the entire country, since he’s speaking about our Vice President,” Annan said.
