A recent video of the late Ghanaian TikTok personality, Osanju Frimpong Elvis, popularly known as Osanju, has emerged following his untimely demise.

The Ghanaian social media space was plunged into mourning after news emerged that the popular content creator, who had over 1.1 million followers on TikTok, had passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025.
Accounts from Osanju’s friends and relatives indicate that the TikToker passed away at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital after falling ill on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
Following his unfortunate demise, footage of the late social media personality’s last interview, where he spoke about his father and elder brother’s ongoing health issues, has emerged on social media.
Osanju speaks about his father and brother
In an interview, Osanju shared that both his father, Agya K and his elder brother were in critical condition in relation to their health.
He noted that his family and doctors had not been able to determine his father’s ailment. He stated that his brother had been left bedridden after their mother, Amonu’s burial service.
He said:
“My father is not in a good place. I cannot say what is wrong with him. We do not know the particular health problem, but we are still taking him around to diagnose it.”
“My father has not been bedridden. It’s my elder brother, who comes before me, who has been seriously sick since we buried our late mother. We don’t know what is happening to him. You would be surprised if you saw him right now.”
Osanju stated that, unlike his brother, who had been left bedridden, his father, Agya K, could walk around despite also experiencing severe challenges

The late TikToker also talked about his long battle with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia, where he shared that he was still fighting for his life even though his condition had worsened for a while.
He also downplayed the notion that some supernatural forces were responsible for his family’s numerous misfortunes.
Osanju expressed optimism that he would live longer than expected if he underwent treatment and followed the needed medical instructions.
