The family of veteran highlife musician Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has officially informed Otumfuo Osei Tutu II of the passing of the late musician.

Photos and a video sighted on the Facebook page of Opemsuo FM showed Daddy Lumba’s family head, Kofi Owusu, at the Manhyia Palace, clad in black, informing the King of the musician’s passing

The Ekuona Royal Family of Nsuta stated that Otumfuo had given the family permission to go ahead with the funeral arrangements and keep him informed of the decisions made.
