Ghana’s premier housing and property event, the Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair, wraps up today, Sunday, 14 September, after a successful three-day showcase that brought together thousands of prospective homeowners, investors, and industry professionals under one roof.

Held under the theme “Dream it, Own it, Live it”, the 2025 edition of the fair has been hailed as one of the most vibrant yet, offering practical pathways to homeownership through expert advice, innovative products, and exclusive deals across all facets of the housing and construction value chain.

From Friday through to Sunday, attendees have flocked to the venue to engage directly with over 50 vendors and service providers, ranging from building and roofing companies to plumbing, tiling, finishing, furniture, appliances, and mortgage finance institutions.

The fair has also featured panel discussions, live demonstrations, and one-on-one consultations aimed at empowering Ghanaians with the knowledge and tools to own their dream homes.

The fair has served as a one-stop shop for all things housing, giving visitors access to a wide array of modern construction technologies, eco-friendly building materials, and flexible home financing solutions, many of which are available at discounted rates for fairgoers.

Banks and financial institutions, led by headline sponsor Ecobank, have used the platform to showcase competitive mortgage products tailored for both salaried workers and self-employed individuals. These include long-term repayment plans, low-interest loans, and tailored advice on home financing.

As the curtain falls today, visitors are encouraged to take full advantage of the remaining hours to explore offers, make enquiries, and secure deals before the fair officially ends.

The Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair continues to cement its place as a major platform driving conversations and connections in Ghana’s real estate space, bridging the gap between dreams and real homes.
