Popular Ghanaian TikToker Ama Official has been diagnosed with a severe illness that has seen her being admitted to the hospital for treatment.

Rumours recently emerged on Saturday, August 9, 2025, that the social media personality was battling an illness and had been left bedridden.
In a TikTok live session with her colleagues on Sunday, August 10, 2025, Ama Official confirmed the rumours as she received treatment at the hospital.
During the session, fellow TikToker Madea shared that their colleague had been diagnosed with diabetes, which had gradually affected her kidneys and left her needing dialysis for survival.
Ama Official’s colleagues also solicited several donations to support the social media personality as she underwent treatment for her severe illness.
