Popular Ghanaian pastor, Samuel Henry, widely known as Prophet Roja, has released a prophecy concerning the upcoming Akwatia By-Elections.
Constituents of Akwatia will soon go to the polls to elect a Member of Parliament to represent them following the tragic demise of their MP, Ernest Yaw Kumi.

Ernest Yaw Kumi passed away on July 7, 2025, after he reportedly fell ill and was rushed to the hospital.
Both the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have selected their representatives for the upcoming polls.
The NPP endorsed Solomon Kwame Asumadu, Chief Executive Officer of Owuo Mining Company, and the NDC endorsed Lawyer Bernard Bediako Baidoo to represent them.
On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, political parties, residents and other stakeholders will go to the polls to elect a replacement for Ernest Yaw Kumi.
Ahead of the elections, Prophet Roja has predicted a winner. He noted in a recent interview that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) would win the elections.
However, he issued a directive to the New Patriotic Party that could overturn he results of the by-elections.
“NDC will win the seat. Yeah, I’m asking the NPP to do something if they don’t, NDC will win the elections hands down. But till now, no one has contacted me, both NDC and the NPP,” he said.
He also noted that he had earlier seen a vision where the late MP had passed away, but he was never taken seriously when he publicly spoke about it.

Who is Prophet Roja?
Prophet Samuel Henry is a popular Ghanaian man of God. He previously correctly predicted some events, including the passing of the Mamponghene, Daasebre Osei Bonsu II.
He has also become the talk of the town, following the tragic Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) aircraft that claimed the lives of eight people, including Dr Edward Omane Boamah.
Dr Boamah and the seven others were on a trip to Obuasi when the GAF flight they were on crashed into a tree.
Before the incident, Prophet Roja asked Dr Omane Boamah, who until his demise was the Defence Minister, to reach out to him concerning a vision. However, that never happened until the fateful day.
After the accident, the famous pastor opened up on why he wanted to see Dr Omane Boamah. He noted that he had a simple message for him.
“I just wanted to tell him not to go to work throughout August,” he said in an interview which has since gone viral.
Other pastors, including Fire Oja, have also released footage of what they prophesied about the recent GAF helicopter crash.
