The Ghanaian orchestrated a live fundraising effort to address critical infrastructure needs at the local hospital where he received treatment.
In the trending video, Ralph was standing in the hospital waiting area, making use of social media to rally support from Ghanaians online.
The hospital’s lab technicians had apparently met with him to voice their concerns about the lack of essential equipment, including an air conditioner.
In response to the complaint, Ralph went on a live session with his followers, highlighting the dire situation faced by the hospital.
“I am visiting a hospital right now, and their lab technician is saying that they lack a lot of stuff,” he explained to his followers.
After giving his explanation, he urged them to make donations for the hospital to be able to afford the needed equipment, like AC units.
With about 600 viewers, Ralph called for donations with a targeted amount for two air conditioning units.
