For over 15 years, Messi and Ronaldo have dominated world football, widely regarded as the top two players of their generation.
Messi, who emerged from Barcelona’s famed academy, boasts eight Ballon d’Or titles and has won two Copa América trophies as well as the 2022 World Cup.

Kudus revealed his pick between football icons Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, often hailed as the greatest players of all time.
The Ghanaian forward shared his choice during a quick-fire Q&A session with Black Queens midfielder Freda Ayisi, where he discussed his football preferences.
“Messi,” he answered when asked to pick between the Argentine and Ronaldo, as sighted on social media.

Buffon comments on GOAT debate
In another report, YEN.com.gh reported that legendary Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon made his pick in the GOAT debate.
The World Cup winner said both players are different, adding that Messi is complete while Ronaldo has the killer instinct.
