Roverman Productions is set to close out the year with an unforgettable theatrical experience as renowned playwright Uncle Ebo Whyte premieres his latest work, Order For Four.
In partnership with Joy FM and the National Theatre, the production promises a compelling blend of laughter, lessons and relationship drama served in a warm, luxurious restaurant setting.
Set across two weekends — November 28th to 30th and December 5th to 7th, 2025 — Order For Four invites audiences into a story where love, rivalry and secrets collide over what was meant to be a simple dinner date.
The plot follows June, who carefully arranges a mystery date for her friend Ekua, expecting sparks, wine and lighthearted fun. But the night takes an unexpected turn when the supposed love interest appears — a man Ekua would rather avoid. The tension intensifies when he arrives with an unwelcome connection from June’s past, turning a sweet setup into a sizzling showdown of emotions. What begins as a date for two quickly spirals into a dramatic “Order For Four,” with appetites flaring and tempers rising.
Patrons can expect the classic Roverman blend of humour, life lessons and soulful storytelling, all set within a cozy dining atmosphere that brings the characters’ conflicts to life.
The play runs at the National Theatre with the following showtimes:
- Fridays: 7:00 p.m. (one show)
- Saturdays: 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (two shows)
