Popular Ghanaian media personality, Serwaa Amihere, has reportedly graduated from the Ghana School of Law and is set to be called to the BAR.

Amihere, host of GH Today on GhOne TV, enrolled at the Ghana School of Law in 2023 after passing the entrance exams.
She previously graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) with a second-class upper honours degree in July 2023.
In a post seen by YEN.com.gh on the Instagram page Sel the Bomb, the blogger confirmed that Serwaa Amihere had passed her final exams and was set to be called to the bar soon.
“Serwaa Amihere now qualifies to have ‘Esquire’ added to her name. Reports reaching me is that the Ghanaian TV presenter is among the fresh graduates of the Ghana Law School who are set to be called to the BAR soon. Results of the students are out and according to my sources, Serwaa is part of those who have passed. Congratulations Ms Amihere Esquire.” the blogger said.
Serwaa Amihere speaks on law studies
In March 2024, Serwaa Amihere spoke exclusively to YEN.com.gh to share details on why she decided to pursue a career in law, despite having a successful career as one of the most visible presenters in Ghana.
She stated that in 2023, after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws degree from GIMPA, she took the entrance examination to the Ghana School of Law, which she passed, securing a place to further her law studies at the renowned Makola campus.
“I made some significant strides towards my career goals. More particularly, I earned a Bachelor of Laws degree and went on a few weeks later and made it to the Ghana School of Law, Makola,” she said.
Amihere added: “It’s not been easy, and it’s even getting tougher by the day. I am trusting the process. The experience has been humbling so far.”
