Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale has courted attention on social media after his profound reaction to a viral moment of a young fan.

The young boy appeared to have attended one of Shatta Wale’s recent concerts.
He was captured in the stand, passionately singing his song Killa Ji Mi and I am Not Going to Jail this Year word-for-word.
The video shared by Nii_Ike on TikTok has garnered over 500k hits in less than two days since it was published.
Shatta Wale thronged the comments section to express his admiration for the young boy, saying,
“Somebody look for this boy for me la 🙏🙏🙏.”
Shatta Wale commented on the video not long after his performance at Sarkodie’s Rapperholic Concert at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on September 27, 2025.
The Killa Ji Mi hitmaker’s comment excited scores of fans who have willingly begun efforts in helping Shatta Wale locate the young boy.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Shatta Wale gave a military officer who is a megafan an undisclosed amount of cash.
The musician was on a visit to Ghanaian politician, Jomoro MP, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, when he met the military officer.
He was seen showcasing a handful of five-cedi notes, which he claims to have received from his favourite musician, Shatta Wale.
