The Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation Bureau (AIB Ghana) has concluded that a sudden and powerful downdraft caused the August 6 helicopter crash that killed eight people, including Defence Minister Edward Omane Boamah and Environment Minister Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed.
