Heath Goldfields Ltd. has won a decisive Supreme Court victory, with the Court unanimously dismissing legal challenges from Future Global Resources (FGR) and Blue Gold Bogoso Ltd. over the Bogoso-Prestea Mine.
The ruling, handed down on November 18, affirms the legitimacy of Heath Goldfields’ acquisition and marks the sixth consecutive legal loss for FGR and Blue Gold. The Supreme Court expressed disappointment at the applicants’ repeated attempts to overturn prior High Court decisions.
