The Classical Theatre of Harlem (Producing Artistic Director, Ty Jones) presents Harlem Holidays, a one-night holiday concert starring Renée Elise Goldsberry at Red Rooster Harlem on December 15, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. in Ginny’s Supper Club.

An open bar will be available all evening in Ginny’s Supper Club. While there is no dining service during the concert, attendees are encouraged to enjoy the cuisine of Red Roosterprior to the event. Separate dinner reservations via OpenTable are required for dining upstairs at Red Rooster.
Renée Elise Goldsberry is a multi-hyphenate actress and singer, best known for originating the role of Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton, earning a Tony, Grammy, Drama Desk, and Lucille Lortel Award, along with an Emmy® nomination for the Disney+ film adaptation. She starred in Girls5Eva, earning a Critic’s Choice Award nomination. Other highlights from her film and television career include starring in Waves, She-Hulk, Altered Carbon, The Good Wife, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, One Life to Live, and Albany Road. On Broadway, she starred in The Color Purple, Rent, The Lion King, Good People, and All In: Comedy About Love. She received an honorary Doctorate of Fine Arts from her alma mater Carnegie Mellon in 2024. Her debut album, Who I Really Am, dropped on June 6th, and is available now on all streaming platforms. The venue, Red Rooster Harlem, is a historic neighborhood institution named after the legendary speakeasy that drew locals, jazz musicians, and cultural icons such as Nat King Cole and James Baldwin. Ginny’s Supper Club, located downstairs, offers an intimate concert setting with seating for approximately 75 guests.
This announcement arrives at a pivotal moment for CTH, as the organization advances its vision to be the next great American theatre company, redefining what classical theatre can be in the 21st century and deepening its roots in Harlem. The Classical Theatre of Harlem (CTH) is an American theatre company that tells stories through the lens of the African diaspora. CTH combines original adaptations, music, and dance to present great classics of world literature and contemporary works that will stand the test of time.
