UK Pop/R&B star Morgan is setting the tone for her next era with a fiery double release, out now via Red Bull Records. The drop features two bold new singles: the hard-hitting “One Man” featuring GRAMMY-winning dancehall icon Beenie Man, and the unapologetic anthem “Bad Gyal Energy.”

“One Man” marks Morgan’s first collaboration with one of dancehall’s most legendary figures, reimagining Beenie Man’s unforgettable 2004 hit Dude. Blending her Jamaican heritage with her distinct pop/R&B sensibilities, Morgan delivers a fearless track that celebrates identity and creative freedom. The single is paired with a vibrant official video, filmed in Jamaica with Beenie Man himself, cementing the collaboration as a milestone moment in her career.

Speaking on the collaboration, Morgan said:

One Man is one of those songs that just makes me feel free. It’s inspired by my Jamaican heritage but doesn’t fit into any one lane or genre. To sample one of the most iconic reggae tracks and then have Beenie Man jump on my version—it’s legendary. It’s a real pinch-me moment.”

On the flip side, “Bad Gyal Energy” brings fierce dancefloor-ready vibes. Leaning into underground Jamaican dancehall influences, the track doubles as a family affair, featuring contributions from Morgan’s father, Jeffrey Smith—a former MC, producer, and sound system artist. The single will take center stage at Red Bull’s Dance Your Style World Finals in Los Angeles this October, where Morgan will perform as part of the week-long celebration of global dance culture.

Bad Gyal Energy is slightly different from what I usually create—it’s a nod to underground dancehall and one for those who love to dance and rave,” Morgan explained. “The best part was getting my dad involved. He’s been such a big part of my musical journey, so this was really special.”

A Rising Star in Motion

The double release caps off an impressive run for the 23-year-old, who has been building momentum since her debut EP Emotional Gangster dropped last October via Red Bull Records. The project, paired with a sold-out UK headline tour that included a stop at London’s iconic Jazz Café, showcased her ability to glide seamlessly between hype-filled anthems and soulful ballads.

Earlier this year, Morgan returned with the vibrant single “My My My,” produced by Blake Straus, Monro, and 808Bhav808—a euphoric love song that set the stage for her 2025 journey. With over 100 million streams to her name and collaborations spanning Rudimental, Digga D, Anne-Marie, Byron Messia, Purple Disco Machine, and NCT’s Jaehyun, Morgan continues to cement her status as one of the UK’s most versatile young artists.
