A young Ghanaian girl, introduced only as Ohenenana, has brought international honour to Ghana after winning a top prize at a mathematics competition held in Singapore.

The gifted student, who represented Ghana at an international math competition, outperformed hundreds of participants from across the globe, showcasing exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that earned her the coveted international recognition.

Upon returning home, Ohenenana made a deeply respectful gesture by dedicating the award to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II during the 6th Awukudae celebration.

The Asantehene, moved by her humility and brilliance, received the award with joy and pride, commending her courage and intellectual accomplishment.

He was captured engaging the young girl and another lady in a conversation, seemingly congratulating her.

The emotional moment was witnessed by royals, traditional leaders, family members, and dignitaries who had gathered for the Awukudae festivities. Many described the gesture as noble.

Since news of her achievement and presentation to Otumfuo surfaced, social media has been flooded with messages of admiration.
