Ghana celebrated its rising stars as the third annual Ghana Youth Excellence Awards dazzled audiences at Accra’s National Theatre on May 23rd.

The vibrant ceremony honored outstanding young achievers across 40 diverse fields, from technology and agriculture to arts and activism, spotlighting the nation’s next generation of leaders and innovators.

Performances by top artists like Kofi Jamar and Wisa Greid electrified the crowd, underscoring the creative energy driving Ghana forward.

Justice Kudzo Normeshie’s inspiring community leadership earned him Youth Leader of the Year, while Andrews Sackey Kwabena took Actor/Actress of the Year honors.

Innovation shone through winners like Youth Engineer Boadi Enock and IT Personality Samuel Adranyi, proving Ghana’s tech future is bright.

Social impact champions were equally recognized, with Gabriel Ato Mensah celebrated for community development and Hashim Mumajadi for youth advocacy. Even agriculture found its hero in Youth-in-Agriculture winner Ankrah Dankwah.

The arts scene sparkled with Yaw Billz named Youth Artiste of the Year and CleverStar De Poet winning Spoken Word Artiste. Fashion influencer Adzafi Livingstone and photographer Faithful Spirit Fotography highlighted creative industries’ growing influence.

Special recognition went to Mr. Samuel Kofi Acheampong, honored as Man of the Year for his broader contributions.
